In order to control chemical reaction between solder powder and flux, ice bag will be used to keep solder cream in a cool condition during transportation. Our brand new product, NP303-COSMO-ZQ can be stored and transported under normal temperature (35°C) which can not only save this transportation cost, but also increase flexibility for our overseas customers.
