The Hi-Tech NCF Series Flux is developed by Dongguan ASAHI to improve reliability and productivity of electronic equipments, electronic components and printed circuit boards.

NCF-701 is a mat type post flux for lead free soldering developed for automatic soldering process of PCBs with high density mounting, chips and discrete components.

Transparent resin is used as base material in this RA type flux, containing halogen base activator.

 

This flux has good solder-ability and no need for cleaning of the flux residue after soldering.

 

If cleaning of the flux residue is needed, it can easily be removed by alcohol based solvent or saponification type, water soluble alkaline detergent.
